• UK experience working in a primary or secondary school in essential!
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management and promotes a positive learning environment
• Works confidently under the direction of the class teacher to deliver planned learning activities
• Uses initiative to adapt support to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and EAL
