Job Title: HR Advisor (MAT Cover)

Location: Nuneaton

Salary: £16,514.86 - 20 hours a week

About the Role

My client is currently looking for a HR advisor for MAT cover. The HR advisor will be responsible for all employees across two sites of Nuneaton & Hinckley. They are looking for somebody proactive and approachable to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to managers and staff on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretations.
• Payroll
• Recruitment
• Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability processes.
• Maintain HR data in the HRIS, ensure records are accurate, and statistics are up to date.
• Review, develop, and update HR policies in line with UK/EMEA employment law and best practice.
• Support learning & development needs: identify skill gaps, coordinate training programmes, and coach employees.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyse turnover trends, and recommend retention strategies.
• Administration for employee benefits
• Arranging employee events throughout the year.

• Skills required:
• Level 3 CIPD required/Level 5 Desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft excel
• Previous use of ADP payroll desirable
