IT Support Executive
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)
Location: Hinckley (with flexibility for occasional remote or on-site support)

Red Rock Consultants are working on behalf of a leading business to recruit an experienced IT Support Executive to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Support Executive, you will:

• Provide day-to-day technical support across all departments, resolving issues promptly and professionally

• Assist with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and software updates

• Support hardware installations, upgrades, and configuration across multiple sites

• Monitor and resolve helpdesk tickets efficiently

• Liaise with third-party IT providers and suppliers to ensure smooth system operation

• Contribute to wider IT projects and initiatives led by the IT Manager

• Support the implementation and integration of AI tools and technologies across the business

• Provide remote cover at weekends when required

About You

To be successful as an IT Support Executive, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in an IT support or systems role (experience in the motor trade or automotive industry is an advantage)

• Strong technical skills across software, hardware, and network systems

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, can-do attitude

• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
