IT Support Executive Vacancy

• Location: Hinckley 
• Salary: £36,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (42.5 hours per week)
• Head Office based – with flexibility for occasional remote or on-site support

An established automotive group is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Executive to join their Head Office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled professional to play a key role in supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and users across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities as a IT Support Executive:

• Provide day-to-day IT support across all departments, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
• Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets efficiently and professionally
• Assist with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and software updates
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across multiple locations
• Liaise with third-party IT providers and suppliers to ensure smooth system operations
• Support wider IT projects and initiatives under the direction of the IT Manager
• Contribute to the implementation and integration of AI tools to improve business processes
• Provide occasional remote support cover during weekends as required

• Previous experience in an IT support or systems role
• Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and network systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do approach
• Confident working both independently and as part of a wider IT team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
