Maintenance Engineer – Night Shift
£55,000 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
Commutable from Atherstone, Drayton Bassett, Fazeley, Tamworth & Polesworth
Permanent Night Shift | Full Time

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing planned & reactive maintenance on production machinery
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults to keep operations running smoothly
• Driving continuous improvement and preventative maintenance initiatives
• Supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment to maximise uptime

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Mechanical qualification (apprenticeship preferred)
• Proven background as a Maintenance Engineer within production/manufacturing
• Strong mechanical fault finding skills (basic electrical knowledge advantageous)
• Willingness to work permanent night shifts
