Maintenance Team Leader

Salary: £60,000

Location: Desford, Leicestershire

Shifts: 4 on 4 off days and nights (12 hour shifts)

My client is looking for an Maintenance Team Leader to join their busiest factory, as a market leader in their field across the UK, they are offering an amazing package for the right Maintenance Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have worked within manufacturing and will have an engineering qualification. The successful applicant will be working on large scale manufacturing equipment doing planned and reactive maintenance. 

 Skills required for Maintenance Team Leader:

• Either Bias Mechanical or Electrical 
• Maintenance Engineer MUST have an Engineering Qualification
• The ideal candidate will need to have manufacturing experience
• Leadership and Supervisor Experience 
• 70% hands on 30% management
