This Manufacturing Team Leader position in Coventry is ideal for an experienced team leader, supervisor, or manager from a fast‑paced, high‑volume production background—whether Automotive, Aerospace, or Defence. • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production operators to consistently achieve daily output targets.
• Manage production performance, including KPIs, quality standards, and throughput across diverse manufacturing processes.
• Ensure all products meet the highest levels of quality assurance and operational excellence.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimise productivity, processes, and team performance.
• Maintain a safe, compliant working environment in line with Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
• Provide clear communication, coaching, and support to foster a collaborative, proactive team culture.

• Proven leadership experience within a high‑volume production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• A proactive, motivating leadership style focused on team success and operational performance.
• A commitment to delivering high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.

You’ll play a key role in the production of low‑volume, high‑value products—leading a team of around 20 operators with precision, discipline, and dedication. Your leadership will directly support the organisation’s mission to deliver manufacturing excellence and drive innovation across every stage of production.
