Location: Nottingham, UK Salary: £28,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission Experience: Minimum 2 Years in New Homes (Essential) Working Pattern: Thursday to Monday, 10:00am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the full home‑buying journey with professionalism and warmth.

• Build strong rapport to convert viewings into reservations.

• Manage enquiries, reservations, and handovers with a customer‑first approach.

• Proactively follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records.

• Represent the developer with a polished, confident, and approachable style.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 2 years’ experience in New Homes sales.

• A professional, well‑presented manner with excellent communication skills.

• Proactive sales ability with a track record of hitting targets.

• High energy, confidence, and a customer‑focused mindset.

• Flexibility to work Thursday–Monday.

• A full UK driving licence is essential.
