
Office Administrator
Location: Nottingham (Office Based)
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8.30am–4.30pm | Friday, 8.30am–4.00pm
Salary: £24,000 – £25,000 (DOE)
Are you looking to build or develop a career in administration? We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our busy and supportive team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced office environment, with structured training and real opportunities for long-term progression.
This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their career, with at least one year of office-based experience, who is keen to develop their administrative and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to phone and email enquiries, providing excellent customer service
Maintain, update, and organise records, documentation and office systems
Assist with day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry and reporting
Support colleagues and management with general administrative tasks
Help coordinate schedules, meetings and office communications
Develop knowledge of office procedures and administrative best practices
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in an office-based role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
