We’re looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our newly re-purposed children’s residential home. This is your chance to design and manage a specialist service, providing a safe and nurturing environment for a small group of children to thrive.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding care, ensuring every child achieves positive outcomes.
• Lead and inspire your team, creating a therapeutic and supportive culture.
• Manage the home’s daily operations, including service planning and development.
• Oversee budgets and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements and relevant legislation.
• Collaborate with professionals to develop tailored care plans for each child.

Qualifications:

• • Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and children’s legislation.
• Proven leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Experience managing budgets effectively.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to work on-call when required.
