An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children’s residential home in North Warwickshire.

The Role:
As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the leadership, quality, and performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance.
You will:
Lead and develop a children’s home in line with therapeutic values and Ofsted regulations
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, compassionate staff team
Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive
Ensure consistently high standards of safeguarding, care planning, and quality assurance
Contribute to the wider development and growth of the organisation as part of a collaborative leadership community
About You:
You are a confident, values-driven leader with a strong background in children’s residential care.
You will have:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
Strong knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches
A genuine commitment to child-centred practice
The ability to lead, motivate, and develop others
