Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home

💼 Full Time | 37.5 hours
💷 £51,500 – £53,000 per annum

Diamond Search Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading children’s residential care provider for an experienced Registered Manager in Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a warm, nurturing children’s home and make a genuine difference to the lives of young people.

The Role

• Lead and manage a children’s residential home

• Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and safeguarding standards

• Deliver high-quality, child-centred care

• Lead, motivate, and develop a committed staff team

• Manage budgets, resources, and day-to-day operations

• Work closely with professionals to achieve positive outcomes

About You

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care

• Strong understanding of legislation, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)

• Full UK driving licence
