£45,000 – £48,000 + Vehicle & Fuel Card

Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Passive Fire Site Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering fire protection works across the Midlands and surrounding areas.

This role will involve overseeing a mix of remedial works and new passive fire installations, covering both fire doors and fire stopping, across a range of social housing and hotel projects.

The Role

As Passive Fire Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing site operations across multiple projects, ensuring all works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.

You will oversee a mix of subcontractors and direct labour, typically managing 2–6 operatives per project, while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across passive fire protection projects
• Manage both subcontractors and direct labour delivering fire door and fire stopping works
• Ensure works are completed in line with industry standards and project specifications
• Monitor quality of installations and carry out site inspections
• Coordinate remedial works and new installation programmes
• Use OneTrace to track progress, record works, and maintain compliance documentation
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Passive Fire Site Manager / Supervisor
• Strong background in fire doors and fire stopping
• Experience working across social housing and/or hotel projects
• Ability to manage both subcontractors and direct labour teams
• Good understanding of compliance, compartmentation, and industry standards
• Experience using systems such as OneTrace (or similar)
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel across Peterborough, Birmingham, Nottingham and surrounding areas
