Payroll Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently partnered with a global manufacturing organisation who are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join them on a permanent basis

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Accurate delivery of payrolls for 2100+ employees
• Input and maintenance of Masterfile data and of variable data input to the payroll system
• Promote continuous improvement on processes and the HRIS system
• Ensure a culture of problem identification then resolution
• Liaise with Site teams with Time and Attendance systems
• Year-end process and production of P60's
• Involvement in other ad hoc projects as and when required

Experience requirements:

• 5+ years payroll experience including experience on high volume, multi-sited payrolls
• Strong excel skills (VLOOKUP's & Pivot Tables)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
