Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project registers, dashboards, and records daily.
• Verify accuracy of contracted hours, employee details, and labour totals.
• Standardise report formatting and ensure formulas are correct.
• Organise tasks with clear department titles and sequence.
• Add and update active projects for full visibility.
• Perform regular checks to ensure data integrity.
• Support training of new team members on administrative processes.

Previous Experience

• Experience in administration, data management, or similar support roles.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with strong data accuracy.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Skilled in dashboards, reporting, and formula troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
