Job Title: Press Brake Setter Operator

Location: Loughborough
Salary: £15.50 per hour
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4pm - 2am

The Role
This role involves setting up and running press brake machinery, maintaining accuracy throughout production, and ensuring a steady workflow so high-quality parts are delivered on time and to trusted industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machines efficiently, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage
• Quality check finished products and report any issues
• Follow Health & Safety protocols
• Keep the working area clean, tidy and hazard-free
• Carry out any other duties as required

About You:

• Experience setting and operating press brake machines
• Keen to be hands-on
• Experience working in engineering and willing to learn
• From a manufacturing or production background
• Physically able and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• A naturally forward planner
