Press Brake Setter / Operator – Permanent Position

Location: Coalville
Salary: Up to £15.00 per hour (including shift premium)
Hours: 38.75 hours per week

Late Shift:

• Monday to Wednesday: 14:15 – 00:30
• Thursday: 14:15 – 00:15

About the Role

Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturing business, currently looking to recruit an experienced Press Brake Setter/Operator to join their Fabrication Shop based in Coalville.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering stable hours, modern equipment, and long-term opportunities within a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting and operating Amada press brakes
• Working from engineering drawings and job specifications
• Producing components to required quality and accuracy standards
• Operating CNC plasma machinery where required
• Carrying out basic machine checks and adjustments
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised fabrication area

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter/Operator
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Previous experience within a fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Commitment to high health & safety standards
