Press Brake Setter Operator

Job Description:

Immediate start
Temporary to permanent for the right candidate
39 hours per week

You must have press brake setting / operating experience to be considered for this role

Duties

• Set up and operate press brake machines according to specifications and technical drawings
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired angles and dimensions with accuracy
• Inspect finished parts for quality, ensuring they meet specified tolerances
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment to ensure optimal operation
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Use hand tools, tooling, and other fabrication equipment as required
• Assist in the assembly of components when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
