Job Title: Nursery/KS1 Primary School Teacher

Location: Derby

Start Date: September 2025

Salary: £150 - £170

The school is looking to take on a supply Qualified Primary School Teacher (QTS) for a short term period to support their KS1 children. The successful applicant will provide a holistic education that will allow pupils to develop excellent life skills and values whilst also providing an engaging curriculum that ignites curiosity.

The successful primary school teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (ECT’s are also welcome)
• Previous teaching experience with KS1 children in primary schools
• The ability to build great relationships with staff, children and parents
• Ability to engage pupils in an effective way
• A passion to work with children and the ability to support individual needs
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
