£50,000-£55,000 + Mon-Fri (5am-3pm) + Early Finish + Performance Bonus (up to £10k) + Career Progression

The company is seeking a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in food or meat processing, who can apply Lean Manufacturing principles to introduce change, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

In this role, you'll oversee three manufacturing sites and lead a small but experienced team, including site supervisors and a technician. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll focus on improving processes, optimising efficiency, ensuring food safety compliance, and using data analysis to implement effective changes that support long-term business growth.

The Role:

• Oversee production across three manufacturing sites (Mon-Fri, 5am-3pm)
• Manage and support a team of supervisors and a technician
• Drive performance, quality, and production efficiency
• Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing practices and process improvements
• Report directly to the Operations Manager

The Candidate:

• Strong background in the food industry, ideally meat processing
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and process optimisation
• Confident in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Full UK Driving Licence
