Salary: £58,000

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee commercial interiors and joinery fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of commercial interior and joinery fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to address issues proactively.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee work progress, inspect quality, and resolve on-site issues.
• Prepare and review contractual documentation, procurement strategies, and variation orders.
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, schedules, reports, and correspondence.
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and site staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial interiors and joinery fit-out sector.
• Strong understanding of joinery, carpentry, and interior fit-out processes.
• Relevant construction/project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and standards.
• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office suite.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with BIM or CAD software.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices.
• Experience working with high-end commercial clients.
