We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of regional projects — leading by example in health & safety, quality, environmental management, and commercial performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead project delivery from start to finish, ensuring works run to budget and programme.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Implement company-wide policies and procedures for health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Chair site meetings, manage short-term programmes, and oversee supply chain coordination.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance and maintain high safety standards.
• Mentor and support your project team, fostering personal development and growth.
• Keep accurate site records, reports, and documentation in line with contract specifications.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing projects for a main contractor within the construction sector.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of health & safety legislation and quality control processes.
• Minimum HNC qualification in a relevant construction subject.
• IT literacy essential; knowledge of Asta Powerproject and NEC/JCT contracts desirable.
• CSCS card, CITB Level 3 Safety Course, and professional membership are desirable but not essential.
