Job Description:

M&E Project Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum + Company Car
Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

We’re looking for an experienced M&E Project Manager to deliver complex building services projects across commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors. You’ll lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring technical compliance, budget control, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage mechanical, electrical, and public health projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee design reviews, integration, and commissioning.
• Control budgets, costs, and procurement schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

About You:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or similar).
• 5+ years’ M&E project management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with project planning tools, BIM/CAD, and relevant regulations.
