Known for its commitment to innovation and employee growth, the company now has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager (Electrical) to join their Projects Department.
This position is ideal for a motivated and organised leader with strong technical expertise who wants to take full ownership of end-to-end electrical projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget, scope, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver industrial electrical installation projects from quotation through to completion.
* Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate internal teams (design, technical, site installation, and manufacturing) and external subcontractors.
* Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Monitor budgets, progress, and performance, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and support continuous development across the projects team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial electrical installation projects.
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent electro-technical qualification.
* Proven experience managing process control system projects.
* SSSTS certification desirable; AM2 advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
