Project Manager

Job Description:

Salary: Up to £52,000.00

Location: Hams Hall with travel to other sites

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful planning and delivery of strategic initiatives across our operations. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Your Tasks

• Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects from initiation through to completion.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and commercial departments.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Prepare and present regular status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in project management within logistics, supply chain, technology, or service-based environments.

• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Experience using project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP frameworks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems.
