Property Maintenance Operative required for our public sector client

Job duties:

• Supporting the team to run the day-to-day ​a​cross my clients busy business centres​
• Set up meeting rooms and weekly events
• Work with and support the Premises Officer​
• Working with site cleaners to ensure a great standard for our customers and tenants
• Grounds Maintenance
• General Maintenance across 4 buildings with 95 workspaces

Experience required: There will be some basic plumbing involved, use of equipment like floor buffing, carpet cleaning. First fix person before calling out any specialist contractors Painting and decorating Knowledge of building health and safety and security Previous experience in a similar role

Full time role, working 08.00 – 16.00
