Property Maintenance Operative.

Job Description:

Property Maintenance Operative required for our client, on a temporary basis 

Job duties:

• Supporting the team to run the day to day ​a​cross my clients busy business centres​,
• Set up meeting rooms and weekly events
• Work with and support the Premises Officer​
• Working with site cleaners to ensure a great standard for our customers and tenants
• Grounds Maintenance
• General Maintenance across 4 buildings with 95 workspaces 

Experience required:

• There will be some basic plumbing involved, use of equipment like floor buffing, carpet cleaning.
• First fix person before calling out any specialist contractors
• Painting and decorating
• Knowledge of building health and safety and security
• Previous experience in a similar role

Full time role, working 08.00 - 16.00
