Location:📍 Ashby-de-la-Zouch LE65 
Full Time: 08:30-17:30 (1 hour lunch)

Your Mission
You’ll be at the centre of everything — leading from the front and setting the standard.

• Win new business through strategic, value-led sales
• Grow and retain key accounts through exceptional service delivery
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly performance across your team
• Drive KPIs, pipeline, and activity with purpose — not just pressure
• Coach and develop consultants into top billers and future leaders
• Identify opportunities others miss and turn them into revenue
