Recruitment Consultant

Job Description:

Venture Placements is working exclusively with a well-established IT recruitment agency based in Derby to recruit a Recruitment Consultant. We’re seeking either an experienced IT recruiter or a proven recruitment consultant from another sector keen to transition into IT.

The Role

• Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement

• Business development via outbound sales and client meetings

• Relationship management across specialist IT markets

• Negotiation of terms to ensure sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships

• Candidate sourcing, talent pooling, and database management using Bullhorn CRM

• Delivering outstanding client and candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in 360° recruitment (IT sector preferred but not essential)

• Proven track record in new business development and cold calling

• Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills

• Confident in using MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM systems

• Full UK driving license (preferred)
