About the role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full temporary recruitment process — from sourcing candidates to matching them with the perfect job roles. You’ll work towards targets and KPIs while building relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of temporary recruitment assignments
- Sourcing and screening candidates effectively
- Matching candidates to client requirements
- Achieving and exceeding performance targets and KPIs
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in recruitment
- Self-motivated and resilient with a strong work ethic
- Confident with the ability to work well under pressure
- Career-minded with a drive to succeed
- Must hold a valid driving licence
