Recruitment Consultant – Leicester (LE19)

Ideal Recruit is looking for a Recruitment Consultant  to join our team in the Leicester (LE19) area.

 Location: Leicester, LE19
 Salary: £27,000 per year
⏰ Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 Immediate start

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions

• Conducting inductions for new starters

• Maintaining KPI records and ensuring reports are up to date

• Monitoring and managing timesheets

• Supporting recruitment and administrative processes as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
