Stephen James Consulting are proud to be partnering with a developing careĀ homeĀ builder / provider in the search for an accomplished Registered HomeĀ ManagerĀ to lead a new state of the art purpose-built residentialĀ careĀ home based in Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on recruitment, development, and day-to-day management of a high-performingĀ careĀ team
- Establish and maintain exceptional standards of person-centredĀ care, with a particular focus on dementia
- Ensure full compliance with CQC requirements and internal quality frameworks
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and the wider community
- ManageĀ homeĀ budgets effectively while maintaining quality and service excellence
- Promote a positive, inclusive culture that celebrates dignity, independence, and well-being
To be considered for this role ofĀ Registered HomeĀ Manager you will need the following experience:
- ExperiencedĀ HomeĀ ManagerĀ with a proven track record within residentialĀ care
- Holds a relevant qualification (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent)
- A confident and compassionate leader who inspires and motivates others
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practice in residentialĀ care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a resident-first mindset
- Ideally you will have commissioning experience (Not essential)

The role of is offering Ā£60,000 - Ā£65,000 + Achievable bonus salary is dependent on candidates experience.
