Registered Manager – Supported Living (CQC)
Location: Leicester Area
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity for an experienced
Registered Manager to lead and grow well-established
CQC-registered supported living services for young people aged
16–18 in the Leicester area.

About the Role:- Oversee high-quality care, compliance, staffing, and operational management
- Work closely with commissioners to secure new contracts and expand provision
- Maintain outstanding standards in line with CQC requirements while collaborating alongside children’s services where applicable
- Participate in the on-call rota to support the service as needed
- Join a growing, independent organisation with a reputation for delivering specialist care for young people
Key Requirements:- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care – Adults
- Proven management experience in supported living services
- Skilled in working with commissioners and contract acquisition
- Strong compliance, leadership, and people management abilities
