Registered Manager – Supported Living (CQC)
Location: Leicester Area
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and grow well-established CQC-registered supported living services for young people aged 16–18 in the Leicester area.

About the Role:

• Oversee high-quality care, compliance, staffing, and operational management
• Work closely with commissioners to secure new contracts and expand provision
• Maintain outstanding standards in line with CQC requirements while collaborating alongside children’s services where applicable
• Participate in the on-call rota to support the service as needed
• Join a growing, independent organisation with a reputation for delivering specialist care for young people

Key Requirements:

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care – Adults
• Proven management experience in supported living services
• Skilled in working with commissioners and contract acquisition
• Strong compliance, leadership, and people management abilities
