Job Description:
I’m recruiting on behalf of a private domiciliary and live-in care service in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager to lead a growing, established branch and benefit from working within a company that ensure high standards of homecare.What’s on offer:
- £35,000-£42,000 salary
- 33 days’ annual leave (25 days + bank holidays)
- Guaranteed bonus on hitting growth targets

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch
- Maintain high standards of person-centred care, compliance, and client safety
- Ensure consistent application of all company policies and procedures
- Manage the entire client acquisition process, from initial contact through to service commencement
- Ensure accurate care planning and assessments
- Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks
- Provide respectful leadership to your team
- Handle all client complaints and concerns with professionalism
- Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
- Hold a minimum of a Level 5 in Health in Social Care
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments, and compliance procedures
