As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing quality assurance initiatives
• Maintaining standards with regulators and local authorities
• Managing day-to-day operations and care for service users
• Ensuring Information Governance compliance
• Leading staff to deliver high-quality care
• Managing resources and occupancy
• Adhering to regulatory requirements
• Conducting staff training and performance appraisals
• Maintaining care plans and ensuring user needs are met
• Complying with legal and safety standards
• Promoting a positive environment and handling complaints
• Managing financial and administrative tasks
• Maintaining confidentiality and data protection
