Job Description:
We’re recruiting for a small, independent domiciliary care provider in Leicester. This role suits a confident and capable Registered Manager who thrives in an autonomous environment and is motivated by shaping quality, culture and growth within a close-knit organisation.What’s on offer:
- £33,000-£38,000
- 33 days’ annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch.
- Ensure high standards of care, compliance and client safety.
- Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks.
- Manage relationships with commissioning bodies and external stakeholders.
- Provide supportive and respectful leadership to the care team.
- Handle all client complaints and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards.
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
- Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding KPIs.
- Working toward an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
