Registered Manager

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new children’s residential service based in Swadlincote (DE11).

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new start-up service, with flexibility around the service type (LD or EBD), although LD experience is preferred.

• Salary up to £65,000 (DOE) + bonus
• Opportunity for dual registration, progressing to Responsible Individual (RI)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations
• Leadership experience with a focus on quality and compliance
• Open to dual registration and progression opportunities
