£35,000 p.a. + uncapped commission (earnings could be c£85K OTE)

The Company:

Our client is a dynamic, well-established business support organisation working with a wide range of corporate partners and stakeholders across the East Midlands. They are seeking a talented Relationship Executive to manage and grow connections with key members, partners, and sponsors, ensuring they receive maximum value from their relationship.

Role & Responsibilities of the Relationship Executive:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of members, sponsors, and strategic partners.
• Ensure all agreed activities and commitments are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Understand partners’ business needs and identify opportunities to add value.
• Develop tailored engagement plans and oversee renewals.
• Support up to 100 high-potential members, helping them access relevant opportunities, events, and services.
• Work with internal teams including marketing, policy, accounts, and media to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
• Monitor and report on activity, engagement, and return on investment.

About You as the Relationship Executive:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client-facing role (account management, relationship management, or business development).
• Confident in engaging with senior decision-makers and building rapport quickly.
• Highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working across departments and managing multiple priorities.
• Analytical, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
• IT literate with CRM experience and data analysis skills.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to own transport — travel across the East Midlands is essential.
