Residential Property Paralegal

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-established and supportive conveyancing team based in Nottingham. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in residential property within a collaborative environment.

You will be supporting fee earners and assisting with a broad range of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)

• Preparing and progressing files from instruction through to completion

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors

• Assisting with post-completion matters

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing (paralegal or legal assistant level)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a busy office environment

• A proactive and team-focused approach

• Salary dependent on experience

• 23 days annual leave, increasing to 25 days after 1 year's service
