
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our fast-paced team. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails to process orders, quotes and provide technical support. The role also includes outbound calls to follow up on quotes and maintain strong customer relationships.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday (40 hours/week)

Key Duties
Handle inbound calls and emails professionally
Take accurate orders and quotes
Provide technical advice and product information
Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes and enquiries
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
Process card payments securely over the phone

Confident using computer systems, email and CRM platforms
Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Requirements
Previous sales or customer services experience preferred but not essential
Reliable, hardworking and motivated
GCSE’S or equivalent in English and Maths
Confident telephone manner
Ability to build and maintain relationships with both customers and colleagues
