Sales Manager

Job Description:

Here at The Portfolio Group we are working with an award winning, industry leading consultancy who are based in Hinckley. They are looking for a Sales Manager, ideally someone who has experience as a Sales Manager or someone who is a Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career.

Day-to-day as a Sales Manager:

• Coaching and training the telesales team
• Interviews for the recruiting of new staff
• Developing and managing CRM system for data and leads
• Liaising with other departments such as the field based BDMs
• Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
• Always seeking new ways for team improvement

What you bring to the team as a Sales Manager:

• Experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead for a phone based sales role
• Proven track record of coaching
• Experience to build, manage and drive sales with a high performing team

What you get in return as a Sales Manager:

• Basic salary up to £40,000 DOE OTE £60,000
