SEN Teacher – Key Stage 2
Location: Coventry, CV3
Position Type: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP – October 2026 (fixed-term, with potential for permanency)
Salary: Main Pay Scale (M1–M6) plus SEN Allowance (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Together in Learning is delighted to be working with a respected and inclusive Special Educational Needs school in Coventry, CV3. Our client is committed to providing outstanding education for children with a range of complex needs and is seeking a dedicated Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 class.
This position is full-time and fixed-term, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs.
- Collaborating with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and external professionals to support holistic pupil development.
- Developing and monitoring Individual Education Plans to provide personalised, focused learning.
- Creating and promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
Candidate requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with SEN specialism or relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of child development, SEN specific teaching strategies, and multi-sensory approaches to teaching SLD pupils.
- Compassion, patience, creativity, and a commitment to helping pupils achieve their fullest potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers.
