Job Title: SEN Teacher

Location: Loughborough

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary Range: £140-£190 per day

Are you a dedicated and passionate Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in Loughborough? We are currently recruiting for an experience teacher to support pupils with ASD, ADHD and SEMH on a full-time basis from January 2025

Responsibilities:

As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with special educational needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Implement broad and balanced curriculum, accessible to pupils through 1:1 and small group teaching.
• Monitor development of pupils.
• Engage and motivate pupils to help fulfil their potential.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Recent experience teaching in UK primary, secondary or SEN schools
• Experience teaching pupils with SEN such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties and Challenging Behaviour
• Ability to inspire, motivate and engage young learners
• Strong classroom and behaviour management
• A professional, flexible and committed approach
