SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Willenhall, Coventry, CV3
Weekly Rate: £460-£500
Hours: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) | 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long-Term, Temp-to-Perm

Long Term Futures are seeking a resilient and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to support a small group of Year 3 boys with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs within a mainstream primary school in Willenhall, Coventry. You'll work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to create a positive, structured learning environment that helps pupils regulate emotions, build resilience, and engage with the curriculum. This is a long-term role with strong potential for a permanent position.

What the School Is Looking For:
* Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent)
* Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or behavioural needs
* Strong behaviour management skills with a patient, consistent approach
* Ability to deliver small-group interventions and tailored support
* Familiarity with strategies such as Zones of Regulation, or Positive Behaviour Support Plans
* Understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
