The Role
Supporting children and young people with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, complex needs, and communication difficulties
Working on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Supporting learning, emotional regulation, and personal development
Assisting with behaviour support and positive routines
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff

The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience supporting pupils with SEN, particularly within specialist or mainstream settings
Be patient, resilient, and relationship-focused
Have a strong understanding of behaviour support and inclusive practice
Be adaptable and confident working with different age groups and needs
Be committed to making a positive impact on pupils’ lives
Requirements:
Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role (desirable)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Willingness to register with Education Personnel
Availability for flexible or long-term work
