Senior Customer Service Advisor (NON-call centre)

Location: Birstall

Salary: £30,000 per annum + bonus per named 5-star Trustpilot review

Hours: Full-time, Permanent | Office-based

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Senior Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our busy operations team. This is a pivotal role within the business, providing a high level of support to customers while working closely with internal departments to ensure swift and effective resolution of enquiries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to telephone and email enquiries from a range of clients, including homeowners, architects, and contractors
• Managing the Customer Service inbox and ensuring timely, accurate responses
• Taking ownership of all customer cases from initial contact through to resolution
• Coordinating the dispatch of replacement goods, spare parts, and the return of faulty items
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of cases
• Maintaining accurate records and reports in line with internal systems
• Developing service procedures and contributing to continuous improvement
• Supporting the wider business in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior customer service, logistics, or planning role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM platforms
• High standard of written and spoken English
• Confident telephone manner and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented approach with leadership capability
