By constructively challenging the effectiveness of risk controls, you’ll help drive continuous improvement and strengthen our safety culture. Act as a SHEQ ambassador, encouraging innovative solutions and collaboration

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and risk controls to reduce risk

Work closely with internal teams and clients to meet SHEQ targets and drive improvement

Attend client SHEQ forums and represent the business professionally

Lead or support investigations and assurance audits to uphold SHEQ standards

About you…

You’re a qualified SHEQ professional with experience in utilities, infrastructure, or construction, holding a NEBOSH Certificate and actively working toward—or already holding—the NEBOSH Diploma. With IOSH membership (Tech IOSH or above), you bring practical knowledge of SHEQ legislation, systems, and risk management, and have a strong background in project safety planning, compliance assessments, and reviewing RAMS. Confident in coaching and influencing stakeholders at all levels, you’re a clear communicator with solid IT skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
