Job Title – Service Advisor – Nottingham - £28000 + Bonus profit share (OTE £30000)

As a Service Advisor you will: -

• Provide a friendly and professional front-of-house experience
• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Book jobs, organise workshop schedules, and keep things running efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and obtain approvals
• Order parts and manage stock to support the technicians
• Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced setting

What You Will Bring

• Customer service experience (essential)
• Automotive or garage experience (preferred, but not essential)
• Confident using computers, phones, and booking systems
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive team player with a can-do attitude

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
• Alternate Saturdays: 08:30 – 13:00
• No Sundays or Bank Holidays
