Our client, a leading provider in technical services and engineering solutions, is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to play a key role in planning, allocating, and managing field engineer activities. This full-time, permanent role is office based on the outskirts of Leicester and is a fantastic opportunity for someone with brilliant customer service and coordination skills!

• Scheduling Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits across multiple regions.
• Coordinating Reactive Callouts, follow-up revisits, and Remedial Works.
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer calls, queries, and support needs.
• Working closely with customers and engineers to maximise productivity and utilisation.
• Ensuring all visits are booked in line with internal processes and customer KPIs.
• Managing and scheduling sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with service standards.
• Tracking job completion, worksheets, and engineer reports, ensuring accurate data is supplied to internal departments.
• Supporting the maintenance and accuracy of the service management system.

• Experience in scheduling, service coordination, engineering support or similar.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent communication - confident speaking with customers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ability to work to SLA/KPI-driven environments.
• Strong IT skills and experience using service management or scheduling software (CAFM/FSM ideal).
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
