Service Manager required in Coventry

up to £50k basic

Monday to Friday – no weekends

Our client, an expanding and progressive Automotive Service Centre is now recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Service Manager.  

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business and become an integral part of the Service Department maximizing profit alongside nurturing the staff and their development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and scheduling services
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
• Providing additional services including service plans
• Handling customer complaints
• Maintain high standards of inventory management and parts ordering.

To be considered for the role, you must have some Automotive Service experience, however this can be held with a Main Dealer or non-Franchised background.
